Angie is a registered midwife who has worked with Shared Health for 5 years and leads on Maternal Health. She is the founder of Salford Baby Bank and guided and supported the launch and ongoing development of The Crib.

Angie has a heart for the most vulnerable women and their families and will do all she can to help them realise their self-worth.

Donna has worked in Manchester Children's Hospital A&E for the past 10 years. She is passionate about seeing families thrive and offers further clinical support alongside Focused Care practitioners.

Donna supports The Crib to ensure all services are accessible to families, from Walking Groups to Health Literacy sessions.

Becca is a BACP registered counsellor and provides a 4-week Therapeutic Coaching programme at The Crib. We refer to this as holding space for women to feel valued and heard.

Becca's sessions give women a space to stop and breathe before making the next best decision for themselves and their families. Becca wants to support the women who come to The Crib to thrive.

Rosie is a Clinical Psychologist based in the infant-parent service at The Crib. She is passionate about working with families in the perinatal period to support positive mental health and the growing relationship between parents and babies. Rosie also works in CAMHS services with young people experiencing mental health difficulties and their families.

Dr Dami Arewa is a GP Trainee working with the Homeless Families team at The Crib as a part of her training, supporting families who may be struggling with mental and physical health issues.

Dr Dami is in her second year of speciality training in General Practice. She will be able to answer any medical queries and signpost you to the best place to get help for your issue.

We recognise that families in temporary accommodation may have different challenges accessing healthcare and we aim to help support and coordinate their care in the community. Please come and say hi, we look forward to meeting you!​

Matt's background is as a Support Worker across mental health and substance misuse services. As an experienced Focused Care Practitioner, Matt has been seconded to Shared Health to embed the Focused Care model within housing teams - supporting families and children of The Crib to reach a point of stability and improve health outcomes.

Alison is an experienced Social Worker who has worked in both Adult and Children's Social Care. Alison is passionate about supporting homeless families and working towards reducing health inequalities in the homelessness system.
